Pork Roll is about as iconic to New Jersey as Bon Jovi and Springsteen.  If you don't know what it is, you're missing out.  Come on in, and I'll tell you what it's all about.

For those NJ natives, how do you enjoy pork roll? Here are some of my favorite ways and findings of what other Jerseyites feel is the perfect way to sink your teeth into this savory, tangy meat.

Porkroll is the BEST! It is really good on a cheeseburger as well, i call it the Trenton Burger.
